Living in the pulsating heart of New York City, we faced the challenge many urban pet parents know all too well - the struggle to balance long hours away from home with the desire to spend quality time with our beloved SUSU. Traditional pet carriers, often cumbersome and overtly utilitarian, failed to meet our needs or match our style. They were either too restrictive for comfort or blatantly signaled "pet carriers", lacking the subtlety and elegance we craved.
